Questions about orders

When you complete your order, we will send you an order confirmation email or order SMS confirmation message to your cell phone. If I receive a broken product, what should I do?

First of all, you don’t need to worry about this problem because most of our products are packed in wooden boxes. Inside the wooden box, we also put cardboard boxes and so on, so our products generally do not appear broken phenomenon. Secondly, there have been many buyers who have placed orders with us and they are satisfied with the products they received, so you don’t have to worry too much. Finally, if there is a problem, we will also give you a timely solution.

Is it possible to customize the size, color and specification of this product?

Of course you can, we can make the lamps to your satisfaction according to your needs.

We will send you the design drawing and give you confirmation, we will start the production after your confirmation, and we will send you the effect picture after the production is finished, and finally we will send it to you by express.

What do we do about shipping?

The product package size is less than 40 inches, we use express delivery such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc.; the transportation time is generally 7-14 days;
If the package size of the product is larger than 40 inches, we use ocean shipping; the last delivery is by truck or express shipping; the shipping time is usually 4-6 weeks;

In stock products, 3-5 days processing time
non-stock products: 7-10 business days;

Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it?

We are able to return and exchange the products within 30 days.
If there is no problem with the quality, you can just ship the product to us (shipping costs out of your own pocket) and we will deduct our shipping costs; the actual amount of the lamps will be returned immediately;

If there is a problem with the quality, we return it free of charge;

we deal with these issues by providing actual evidence, such as photos, videos, etc.; and by describing the product clearly in writing;

Selecting the Alabaster

Based on the design requirements, artisans select the appropriate Alabaster blocks from quarries. The selection process considers not just the color and texture of the Alabaster but also its translucency. High-quality Alabaster should be free of cracks, have uniform color, and beautiful texture.

Cutting the Alabaster

Using specialized stone cutting equipment, such as water jet cutters or diamond wire saws, the alabaster is cut into the desired shapes as per the design drawings. This step requires high precision to ensure all parts fit together perfectly.

Polishing and Smoothing

After cutting, the Alabaster surfaces are rough and need to be polished and smoothed to bring out a shiny surface and enhance the stone’s natural patterns and colors. This process might involve several stages, including rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing.

Drilling and Assembly

According to the design, holes must be drilled in the Alabaster for fitting the lighting components and suspension chains. Drilling must be done carefully to avoid damaging the Alabaster. Afterwards, lighting components such as light sources and wiring are installed into the Alabaster parts.

Final Inspection and Packaging

After assembly, a final inspection ensures all parts are correctly installed, the lighting fixture works properly, and the appearance is flawless. The chandelier is then securely packaged for shipping.
